５. Sharing of Personal Information

There may be instances where the Firm internally shares personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, other contact information, and all other items of personal data individually held, to facilitate the purposes set forth in section 3 above. The party responsible for the management of personal information in such instances shall be Nakamura, Tsunoda & Matsumoto, a Civil Code based partnership.

６. Security Management Measures

The Firm will take the measures that are necessary and appropriate for prevention of the leaking, loss or impairment of personal information, and to ensure the appropriate management of personal information.

７. Disclosure of Personal Information

If a request is received from an identified principal or their agent seeking the notification or disclosure of the purpose of use of, the correction, supplementation or deletion of, or the discontinuation of use, erasure or discontinuation of the provision to third parties of the retained personal data managed by the Firm, upon verification that the request was made by the principal, the Firm will respond to the request in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
